Purpose
Our community aims to be a respectful, supportive space where people share experiences, give practical dating advice, and help each other navigate relationships and social situations. These Guidelines explain expected behavior, moderation rules, reporting channels, and safety tips for community interactions on blog comments and Hey Luv social media channels.
Who these Guidelines apply to
These Guidelines apply to all users who post comments on the blog or interact with Hey Luv on social media. To comment on the blog you must register with an email and a display name (real name or nickname).
Expected behavior
Be respectful: Treat others courteously. Avoid insults, name-calling, harassment, hate speech, or threats.
Be constructive: Share experiences and advice in a helpful, factual, or clearly opinion-based way.
Stay on topic: Keep comments relevant to the article or post.
Respect privacy: Do not post private contact details, addresses, financial information, or personal data of others.
Use civil language: Avoid obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive language that has no constructive context.
No discrimination: Do not post content that discriminates against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
No illegal activity: Do not promote or describe illegal acts, including unlawful data collection or sharing.
Prohibited content (examples)
- Harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech or content praising or supporting extremist ideologies.
- Explicit sexual content, pornographic images, or solicitations.
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, scams, pyramid schemes.
- Repeated posting of irrelevant links or affiliate links without disclosure.
- Impersonation of other users or of Eliasova Content House (blog Hey Luv) staff.
- Posting private information about third parties without consent.
Moderation and enforcement
Moderation: Eliasova Content House moderates comments and social media interactions. We may review, remove, edit, or hide content that violates these Guidelines or is otherwise inappropriate.
Suspension and bans: Accounts that repeatedly violate rules may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned from commenting.
Reporting: If you see content that violates these Guidelines or that threatens someone’s safety, report it.
Blog: click the “report” link next to the comment (or contact dana@heyluv.online)
Social media: use the platform’s reporting tools and also notify us at dana@heyluv.online.
Appeals: If your content or account is paused or suspended and you believe this was in error, contact dana@heyluv.online with details. We will review appeals in good faith.
Safety guidance for users
Protect personal details: Do not share your full name, home address, phone number, financial details, or other sensitive personal data publicly in comments.
Be cautious offline: If you meet someone in person through community contacts, meet in a public place, tell a friend, and take standard safety precautions.
Verify offers: Be cautious of offers or services promoted by other users. Eliasova Content House may share partner offers via email or promotions — we will identify partner content clearly; do not assume user-shared offers are verified.
Report suspicious behavior: If someone asks for money, requests inappropriate images, pressures you, or behaves suspiciously, report them immediately to dana@heyluv.online.
Privacy and data
Comments are public: Content posted in comments is visible to others and may be cached or indexed by search engines. Do not post information you wish to keep private.
Accounts: To comment you register with an email; consult our Privacy Policy for details on how we process and use that email (including marketing and partner offers). You can control marketing preferences via unsubscribe links.
Content ownership and rights
By posting content you grant Eliasova Content House a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your posts in connection with the Service (see Terms & Conditions for details).
Respect copyright: Only post content you own or have the right to share. Provide attribution when appropriate.
Special notes about minors
The Service is not intended for children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us to request removal.
If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, do not attempt to circumvent age restrictions.
Transparency for partner offers and promotions
When partner offers appear in comments, social posts, or in communications, we will clearly disclose if a post or message is associated with a partner or affiliate relationship.
Governing law and contact
These Guidelines complement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. They are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
