These Terms govern your use of the Eliasova Content House blog Hey Luv (“Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that breach these Terms or for misuse, at our discretion (more info at Community Guidelines).

Eliasova Content House blog Hey Luv may send marketing and promotional offers from third‑party partners to users. Offers may appear in all possible activities for example in content pages, newsletters, as rewards at the end of courses, or as dedicated promotional emails or in social accounts of the service.
We do not sell your email address. Partners may receive your data only with explicit consent or where clearly described at the point of theirs opt‑in.
Promotional emails will be clearly labeled and will include an unsubscribe option.
You accept that receiving partner offers is part of using the Service unless you opt out of marketing communications.
Intellectual property
Service is owned or licensed to Eliasova Content House. You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.
By posting content you grant Eliasova Content House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content.
No paid services
The blog is free; no paid memberships are offered. If paid features are added, additional terms will apply.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eliasova Content House is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages; aggregate liability is limited to a nominal amount 100 CZK.

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes will be resolved in the Czech Republic courts .
